1. Consultation fees (creative writing, meetings, brainstorm sessions and overviews of work performed).
2. Design and photography work will be billed on a per project basis for a predetermined allotment of (BUDGETED) time.
3. Hourly rates will apply only under situations where the (ESTIMATED) allotment of time has been surpassed.
4. Billing will be towards the end of each month that work is performed during a one (FISCAL) Year period.
5. Terms of payment are net 30 days from time of projects estimated completion with one-half down due prior to beginning any project.
6. If any invoices have an unpaid balance on them after attempt have been made for payment within a 60 day cycle, will be reported to collection agency for collections and also to the Credit Bureau. We will then add 33% of the total balance due.
7. Any photography shots, stock images, written text or graphics WE PROVIDE which you may use with DD permission, becomes the custody of Davenport Design & Advertising. There will be no royalities charged for any photos. The editable graphics files become the property of Davenport Design & Advertising while the flattened PRINTER files (USUALLY FLATTENED HI-RESOLUTION .PDFs or other electronic formats) become the property of the client.
8. The customer is expected to understand and agree with the above statements an will adhere to them as a representative of their company.
9. There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning we will re-do a project at our expense if you are not completely satisfied with the outcome. |
